Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: September 26, 2026

Welcome to Renovation Ultra. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website vitallifehub.com (the "Site") and the home renovation, installation, and maintenance services ("Services") we provide across the United States. By accessing our Site, submitting a form, or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site or hiring Renovation Ultra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and either the owner of or an authorized representative of the property where services will be performed. By engaging our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services Description

Renovation Ultra provides home renovation, interior design, roof, solar, window, floor, bathroom, security, fire-safety, and garden-related services. The specific scope, timeline, materials, and pricing for each project are detailed in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties ("Project Agreement").

4. Estimates and Quotes

Verbal estimates are non-binding. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is determined by the signed Project Agreement. Changes to scope ("change orders") require written approval and may affect cost and timeline.

5. Payment Terms

6. Project Timeline

Timelines provided are good-faith estimates and may be affected by weather, supply chain delays, permit approvals, force majeure events, or client-requested changes. Renovation Ultra will communicate any significant delays promptly. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Permits, Inspections, and Compliance

Renovation Ultra obtains required permits and schedules inspections where applicable. The client is responsible for disclosing any known property issues, restrictions, HOA rules, or easements that may affect the project. Work is performed in accordance with applicable local building codes.

8. Client Responsibilities

9. Warranties

Renovation Ultra warrants our workmanship for five (5) years from project completion. Structural elements are warranted for ten (10) years. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are passed through to the client. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renovation Ultra's total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of use.

11. Cancellation and Termination

Clients may cancel a signed Project Agreement within 3 business days of signing (per FTC Cooling-Off Rule) for a full refund of deposits. After the cooling-off period, cancellations are subject to reimbursement for work completed, materials ordered, and reasonable administrative costs. Renovation Ultra may terminate agreements for non-payment, breach, or unsafe conditions.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, renderings, plans, and creative materials produced by Renovation Ultra remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client for use solely on the contracted property.

13. Subcontractors

We may engage licensed, insured subcontractors to perform portions of the work. Renovation Ultra remains responsible for their performance and compliance with these Terms.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renovation Ultra, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our Services, or violation of applicable laws.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Windham County, Vermont, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any signed Project Agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Renovation Ultra regarding the subject matter herein, superseding all prior communications.

20. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
